![]()
The Issue
In 2007, Visa CEMEA launched their new 'Verified by Visa' technology. You have probably come across it when doing your online shopping. They needed a way to communicate the new technology to member banks globally and to train them on implementing it.
The Challenge
To
develop and deliver online learning and marketing materials to
introduce 'Verified by Visa' technology to global member banks.
The Solution
We have been working with Visa
for the past three years to help them to inform and train member banks
on the 'Verified by Visa' technology and how to implement it. we have
developed a number of ways to deliver this learning for Visa CEMEA,
including interactive CD- Roms, media delivered on USB sticks and media
to be used in classroom training sessions across the world.
So, what did they think?
"The LearningAge Solutions team
are the best we've worked with. Their additional expertise in knowledge
transfer and their high production values have made this project an
ongoing success" - Richard Harris, Visa CEMEA
